We know that this time where we are unable to meet face to face is hard for all of us. The events we have planned and looked forward to for so long have been cancelled, and our daily routine has been completely disrupted. Our world has turned upside down, and the resulting anxiety can be crippling. Rather than withdrawing and becoming isolated, our desire is that we as the church would press in to our Savior, and intentionally pursue relationship with each other, despite the physical distance.
Throughout this time, we will be posting some devotionals, as well as a few other resources, to bring encouragement into your day and exhort you to fix your eyes on the One unchanging God. We want to be filled with His Spirit so that we can in turn shine His love in a world that is so desperately hurting. This is such a beautiful opportunity for us, His people, to truly be the church. Reach out to those you know who may feel overwhelmed. If a friend comes to your mind, pray for them, and then send a text or give them a call. If you know of anyone who needs help getting their groceries, offer help. Take this time to pour into your families and grow together in the Lord. Let’s be intentional to reach out to each other and lift each other up and towards Christ. If any of you need prayer or assistance, please reach out to a friend, or to the church and we would love to be there for you in whatever way we can. We love each one of you ladies and are praying for you.
Grace and Peace,
Aryn Golden and the Women’s Ministry Team
